Of course, we’ve also got a number of new features that are sure to simplify your workflow during the busy season (and beyond), like improved analytics for the Classic UI, the ability to customise rates and more.

Packing Validation is now available in Classic UI! This feature enables you to verify that all items in an order are correctly packed before dispatch.
This tool provides real-time feedback, instantly notifying you of any discrepancies or missing items so you can address issues before orders are sent out. This ensures accurate shipments and helps you reduce errors.
Analytics is now available in the Classic UI, bringing powerful insights and tracking capabilities directly into Starshipit.
With shipping analytics, you can analyse multiple shipping metrics to improve your delivery experience and make data-driven decisions.
For example, view real-life shipping performance data from your business to learn if carriers are meeting key shipping delivery KPIs.
Starshipit now supports displaying product images on packing slips and packing summaries for orders imported from Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay.
If your products on Shopify, WooCommerce or eBay have images, Starshipit will automatically import and store them in your account. You can then set up your packing slips and packing summaries to display the item images. Simple!

Read the guideYou can now send SMS messages from your company name, instead of a random number. This is a great way to ensure a consistent brand experience right through the post-purchase stage.

Whether you’re organising orders by attributes such as 'High Priority', 'Gift Order', or 'International Shipping', this feature allows you to further customise your view based on your needs.
Tip: Use tags to add custom labels to your orders, making it easier to identify important details about different orders at a glance in the orders grid. Tags help you streamline your fulfilment process by easily communicating instructions to your fulfilment team.
We've expanded our carrier coverage for estimated transit times using machine learning.
We’ve now got support for 8 additional carriers!
Here's a quick recap: We use our pool of historical delivery data to provide estimated transit times for shipments based on where you're sending to and from, making it even easier for you to plan your deliveries with confidence.
To see estimated transit times, open an order and check the ETA column under the Carrier section.

We’ve made some changes to our Peoplevox integration, adding new features to streamline your workflow:
You can now consolidate multiple packages into a single shipment, instead of creating separate consignments for each package in a multi-package order.
Simply enable the "Consolidate multi-packages into one shipment" setting, and we’ll generate a single label once the entire order is dispatched.
We’ve added support for the Peoplevox product catalogue. This allows you to override fields like price or fill in missing attributes (e.g., material, mid code). The catalogue matches SKUs in your order and automatically updates any missing or incorrect details before printing.
When you change the carrier service in Starshipit, this change will now automatically reflect in Peoplevox, helping you avoid conflicts with platforms like Magento and Shopify. To enable this, turn on the "Write back service type to Peoplevox" setting.
Need to import the company name from Peoplevox? You can now do this easily with our new feature.
