Our recruitment process
Our selection process is made up of three main stages, each bringing you closer to becoming a valued member of the Starshipit team. Let's take a look at how we navigate this journey together.

During this stage, our team is hard at work processing applications and conducting initial screenings. We're ensuring the quality and accuracy of each application, so you'rein good hands.
2. Processing your order...
We're all about quality assurance, so during this stage you’llget into the interview process, and you might undergo a skills assessment. We'll also be doing reference checks to ensure a smooth journey.
3 Signed, sealed, delivered!
Congratulations! An offer is on the table, and onboarding is underway – we're excited to have you joining the team.
