Note that this integration was built by CartonCloud, meaning Cartoncloud will assist in linking your Starshipit account. You can read more about this in our support guide.
CartonCloud pushes order information to Starshipit, then Starshipit will generate shipping labels and return shipping information estimates and tracking numbers.

How does CartonCloud work alongside my other platforms, as well as Starshipit?
You can use CartonCloud alongside other platforms with Starshipit. Here’s how it works in practice: A customer places an order and it’s entered into Cin7. This order then moves from Cin7 to Starshipit. At this stage, CartonCloud pulls the order from Starshipit and updates it before pushing it back to Starshipit to generate a label.
