What personal information do we collect?

We collect personal information from you when you register on or use our site, make a purchase, sign up to our newsletter or respond to a survey or marketing communication. We also collect information about you automatically when you use our website.If you wish to deal with us anonymously or via an alias and not provide us with your personal information, it may not be possible for us to provide some or all of our services to you.We collect personal information from our customers when we provide services to them and process personal information on their behalf, such as when we manage their shipping processes. In order to provide those services to them we are not able to anonymise that data.The length of time we keep personal information depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you’ve requested or to comply with applicable legal requirements) or need to retain it to fulfil our legal obligations (for example, if a legal proceeding is ongoing that requires retention or if we need to keep a copy to comply with certain laws). We’ll retain your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business or legal need to retain it. How do we use your personal information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions, including payments, are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We store all our data in Microsoft Azure data centres currently located in Australia.

How do we protect your information?

We endeavour to retain personal information and other information on servers (or in data centres) located in your country. However, there may be certain circumstances where we need to disclose or transfer your personal information to third parties and service providers that are located outside the country in which you live. This includes our service providers that are located overseas (including in the Philippines). Do we disclose your information overseas? 

Yes. How do we disclose personal information to third-parties?

We seek to honour Do Not Track signals, including the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). While we cannot recognise and honour all Do Not Track signals that are currently in existence, when our website recognises a Do Not Track signal is in place, we will honour it and will not plant cookies or use targeted advertising tools.

This website is not intended for and we do not knowingly collect personal information through our website from persons under the age of 16.
