To set your account up we have developed an easy-to-follow Onboarding process that guides you through all the settings until you are processing and shipping orders successfully.
Once you’ve signed up with Starshipit, one of our team members will get in touch to help you set up your account with your sales channel or eCommerce platform and a courier. From here, we’ll book an Onboarding Session with you via phone or video call to set up your account for your specific requirements.
We’ll run through how to set up key features such as: checking if orders are importing via your eCommerce platform; courier integration; printing labels and setting up the printing app; how to use rules to seamlessly automate actions; customer notifications and branded tracking pages; manifesting orders and ordering a pickup. Our team also help you with re-platforming if you want to switch from one ecommerce platform to another.
Once you are confidently navigating the platform with firsthand experience of the benefits of the application, the Onboarding is then complete. Just to ensure you are shipping smoothly, the team will do a courtesy call to find out how things are going after week one, three and week six.
