Auto-manifest

We all know that manifesting is a crucial step in the shipping process - it’s how you ensure every package is accounted for and ready to go. But we know it can be time-consuming and easy to overlook, especially during busy periods.

That’s where our new auto-manifesting feature comes in, taking the hassle out of the process and giving you back precious time to focus on growing your business.

Simplify your workflow and save you time by automating the manifesting process, ensuring no packages are missed at the end of the day.

  • Automatically generate manifests every day at 13:00 UTC
  • Choose one, multiple, or all your couriers to include in the auto manifest process. Fully compatible with all couriers supported by Starshipit.
  • Enable manifesting for child accounts to streamline operations across all accounts, ensuring every order is manifested in one step.

Customise your 100x150 packing slips

We now support generating a 100x150 custom packing slip! This addition gives you flexibility to customise fields presented on your packing slip with our template editor. Alternatively, you can get set up quickly by selecting the 100x150 portrait or landscape template in your packing slip settings.

Stop the clock on your delivery times

We've introduced a new column in our Package Sent report called ‘First Delivery Attempt.’ This field will capture the date and time of the first attempted delivery by your courier. This will enable you to improve your reporting of courier delivery times by ‘stopping the clock’ on the first delivery attempt.

The 'First Delivery Attempt' field is currently supported for DHL Express, Australia Post eParcel and MyPost Business. Please let us know which couriers you'd like us to add support for!

Print shipping labels with ease with Starshipit

Choose what happens after label print with the Dynamic Print Button

We've improved the print button on the Order details page to offer more flexibility in what happens after label print in the Classic UI.

Click the arrow on the right of the Dynamic Print Button to switch between three options: print and close, print and open next, and print and open prev.

Here’s what each option does:

  • Print and close: Print the label and return to the orders grid
  • Print and open next: Print the label and go to the next order in the orders grid
  • Print and open prev: Print the label and go to the previous order in the orders grid
  • Print and create new: For manually created orders, print the label and open the new order creation window

Your selection is remembered, so you only need to change it once. You can find the Dynamic Print Button in the order details page of the Classic UI.

Mobile App: Meet your new pick and pack warehouse management app

Starshipit mobile app: Flexible options for partial shipments and filters

We’ve added some great new features to our mobile app to give you more flexibility and control when picking and packing.

Here’s what’s new:
  1. Partially pick and pack orders: Sometimes you don’t have everything you need to complete an order—no problem! Now, if you pick or pack less than the full quantity, you’ll see a new Partially Pick or Partially Pack button (instead of "Complete Packing").
  2. Pick and pack items one at a time: Previously, you could either pick all items in an order at once or scan them individually. Now, there’s a new option to manually adjust quantities for each item, giving you more control—especially when partially shipping orders.
  3. New filter options: Finding orders is now easier with new filters for Source and Order Status. You can quickly focus on orders that are partially shipped, unshipped, or from a specific source platform.

🖼️ Product images now displayed in Packing Validation

This improvement streamlines the validation workflow, making it easier and faster for you to verify that the correct products are being packed. Product images are imported at the time of order import and displayed alongside item details in Packing Validation automatically.

Images provide:

  • Enhanced accuracy: Visual product confirmation helps to minimise packing errors.
  • Improved efficiency: Faster identification of products reduces the time spent on validation.

Eliminate packing slips for single-item orders with barcode scanning

We’ve added a new feature to make processing single-item orders faster and more efficient in your warehouse.

This feature eliminates the need for a packing slip on single-item orders. It flips the packing process – now you’re matching an order to a product, rather than searching for a product to match an order, making everything quicker and more efficient.
