What do I need to connect Uber Direct in Starshipit?
You need Uber Direct access, approved credentials and service availability for the pickup and drop-off areas you want to cover. Setup and availability depend on Uber Direct requirements in your market.
Can I use Uber Direct with orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or another eCommerce platform?
Yes, for eligible local delivery orders. Import orders from your eCommerce platform into Starshipit, then use Uber Direct where the pickup, drop-off, item and service area requirements are supported.
Can I process Uber Direct deliveries in bulk?
Where supported by the selected workflow, Starshipit can help process eligible Uber Direct delivery orders in batches. Label and delivery requirements differ from traditional parcel carriers.
Can Starshipit send tracking updates for Uber Direct deliveries?
