Starshipit’s Pick & Pack app is a mobile fulfilment add-on that lets warehouse teams pick, pack and validate orders from phones, tablets or compatible handheld scanners. It replaces paper pick lists and manual checks with a scan-based workflow that keeps order updates connected to Starshipit in real time.
How does the Pick & Pack app reduce picking and packing errors?
Teams use barcode-guided picking and barcode-guided packing to scan products as they pick and pack, so Starshipit can validate the item and quantity against the order. This helps catch mismatches before dispatch and reduces the risk of incorrect orders and avoidable returns.
Can teams use the app for picking, packing or both?
Yes. Set up the app for picking mode, packing mode or both together, depending on how your warehouse team works.
Can staff pick and pack multiple orders at once?

How do I get started?
The Pick and Pack app requires a Starshipit Shipping plan. If you’re already a Starshipit customer, log in to your account and add the Pick & Pack app to your subscription in Manage account. What devices can my team use with the Pick & Pack app?
Your team can use supported iOS or Android phones and tablets, using the device camera to scan barcodes. For faster repeated scanning, they can also pair a compatible Bluetooth handheld scanner.
Can we print shipping labels from the Pick & Pack app?
Yes. With the Starshipit Print Client set up, your team can trigger shipping-label printing from the app while order status updates remain connected to the main Starshipit dashboard.
