Yes! You can use Starshipit's returns features with eParcel. Starshipt offers several ways to process returns, including our Branded Returns add-on.

Anyone can sign up for a MyPost Business account, which makes this a great option for anyone just starting out. eParcel is usually aimed at businesses shipping higher volumes, and as such you need to be invited to sign up for an eParcel account.
Does Starshipit support multi-package shipments?
Yes, we support multi-package shipments with eParcel when using Starshipit.
Can I use Starshipit to assign insurance automatically?
Yes. You can use Starshipit's rules engine to create rules to assign insurance on all orders or orders specific to a condition of your choice.
